Product Description: The Vest with Sleeves provides ideal compression during the recovery of arm lift (brachioplasty), Arm liposuction or multiple upper body procedures. It also increases quality of life for burnt patients and those suffering lymphoedema.
The Vest with sleeves are elastic in nature and cover the arms, shoulders, biceps, elbows, forearms, breast area, upper back and upper abdomen.
It is a very comfortable and breathable vest with front zipper closure and hook and eye underneath for easy wear.
Target Procedures: Arm Liposuction, Arm Lift (Brachioplasty), Breast Augmentation/Reduction upper abdomen and upper back liposuction.
Benefits: When used properly, the garment will improve body contouring and skin retraction where surgery has been performed. The garment will also accelerate the healing process, promote blood circulation, reduce swelling, provide support, reduce pain and flush out any potentially harmful toxins from the specific area.
Instructions: It is very important to get the sizing right on compression sleeves, as the elastic trim can rub the underarm area, creating discomfort, if the sleeves are too small.
Tip to Consider: It is important to maintain the ideal compression during plastic surgery recovery (usually 8 weeks). Therefore, we recommend purchasing TWO compression garments, one to wear while the other is being washed.
Care: For the optimum care of your garment it is recommended to wash it in a cold, gentle cycling on your washing machine with a mild detergent. Hang to dry. Tumble drying could damage the fabric. Stains can be removed using peroxide.
