The Tonic Roller is a multi-purpose massager that we find ideal after liposuction surgery (usually from 3 weeks post-operation) or simply as a massager for sore muscles or back pain.
The tonic roller is believed to reduce post-operative bruising, swelling and discomfort.
It may also help to reduce pain by loosening and relaxing the muscles and by stimulating the release of natural pain relieving chemicals.
The tonic roller is built with 4 rotating nodes, multi-speed setting and a detachable soft handy cover to allow for a smoother massage.
It can be used on the tummy, waist, back, legs, thighs, bottom, arms, hands and feet.

Instructions for use (post-liposuction)
- Adjust speed to desired setting.
- Use twice a day for about 20 minutes each time.
- Massage the skin in a circular motion on the areas where liposuction was carried out and with a general movement towards the heart to encourage lymphatic flow.
- Aim to use the massager for a minimum of two months.
