Our Terms & Conditions explained

DELIVERY

Orders will normally be dispatched within 1 day by next day courier or Royal Mail (Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery, depending on your choice when ordering).

We will notify you by email or telephone if any items in your order are out of stock and we will advise you of the likely date of delivery. If a specific item is not in stock when we process your order we will send any other items in the order first. If you would prefer that we hold your order in the event that specific items are not in stock please inform us when you place the order.

You can request to have your order shipped direct to the clinic of your choice, so that when you arrive for your operation it is available for you. Please note not all hospitals will accept delivery of your garments unless you have made prior arrangements with the Clinic/Consultant. Please check with the hospital before stating the delivery address.

 
For deliveries to non UK addresses please allow 5 to 7 working days.

RETURN/EXCHANGES

 

If you need to return/exchange a garment, please do so within 14 days for a refund as long as it is in its original condition, it has not been worn and it is not a custom garment.

You can send it together with your order confirmation sheet or with a note with your name on it, details of the order and Order Number to:

If you require a replacement product before you are able to return the original product (e.g. a different size or type of garment), please place a new order online. Once the returned product has been received in a satisfactory condition we will refund the previous transaction.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items which are not returned in a saleable condition.

There are some simple guidelines to ensure the refund is accepted:

- Be careful when trying garments/bras on.
- Do not try the item on if you are wearing body lotions, tanning products, deodorants or fragrance that will leave a mark or scent on the garments
- Where possible try the garments over your own underwear.

Always return the item via Recorded Delivery.
Recova Post Surgery cannot accept any responsibility for items not received.

Please be aware that postage & packaging charge for returns is not refundable.




PAYMENT via PayPal OR Sage






We give you the option of using either Sage of PayPal checkout for secure credit or debit card payment. Our secure payment engine debits the amount from your card and once the transaction is completed, your card details are immediately deleted from our system. We do not retain card details under any circumstances.

Paypal Checkout and Sage are a fast and  secure way to buy from stores across the web. If you have not received an email from  PayPal Checkout after registering, please check the ‘spam folder’ in your email account.



CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER PAYMENTS


We can accept payment by cheque or postal order for orders over £25.00. Please allow a minimum of 5 working days for the cheque to clear once received. Once the cheque has cleared we will then inform you and dispatch your garment.
