1. Returns & Exchanges
1.1 Our 100% guarantee ensures that you can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days for a free exchange or prompt refund. We simply ask that when you receive an order, you try it on over panties or undergarments.
1.2 All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval and inspection. Please take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to ensure these requirements:
- All tags attached
- No smells other than natural product orders
- Original packaging
- It is not a custom made garment
1.3 For returns or exchanges, please use the form provided inside the parcel or send us a copy of your order confirmation and tick on the items you wish to exchange/return
1.4 We recommend sending all return items with proof of postage. The returns/exchanges address is:

1.5 Once we receive the return/exchange, we will quickly exchange it or issue a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. Refunds will cover the cost of the goods only. Delivery charges cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty.
2. Make a contract with us
2.1 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
2.2 Once we have reviewed your order we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.
2.3 In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.
2.4 Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods. Whilst goods may be shown assembled they may require assembly by you.
2.5 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.
2.6 Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.

3. How to place order
3.1 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.
3.2 Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.
3.3 You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
3.4 We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or PayPal
3.5 Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.
3.6 All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds
3.7 Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.
3.8 Once your order is complete we will notify you of the dispatch date.
4. Delivery & Carriage Charges
4.1 RECOVA offers a standard delivery of £4.95 on all orders, or next working day delivery at £9.50 (orders must be placed by 2pm Monday to Friday)
4.2 RECOVA is committed to dispatching orders as quickly as possible. After payment has been received, most orders will be dispatched the same business day
4.3 Your order may arrive in more than one delivery. A confirmation email will be sent upon dispatch
4.4 For deliveries to non-UK addresses please allow 3 to 15 working days. EU deliveries are charged at £16.50 and outside Europe at £22.50
4.5 We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. You must be at home to accept delivery of your order, which is normally between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday-Friday. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
4.6 You can request to have your order shipped direct to the clinic of your choice, so that when you arrive for your operation it is available for you. Please note not all hospitals will accept delivery of your garments unless you have made prior arrangements with the Clinic/Consultant. Please check with the hospital before stating the delivery address
4.7 Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
